Spoilers to Artemis questline.
When I made the Mind-Arc for Artemis it tells me to go back to where i found him. I've teleported to where I found him (which is the planet where I made my base). It keeps telling me to go to a space station and teleport to Artemis so I can give him the Mind-Arc. Also in the log for the First Traveller (along with the Space Anomaly mission), in the objectives it says I still have yet to assemble the Mind-Arc. I don't know if the devs are aware of this but I hope they fix it soon because I really enjoy this questline.
