So my game has a lot of ghosting. I only play in portable mode, so Idk if it's in TV mode. Any fixes?

The thing is it's only with no man's sky, and only during gameplay. The outline of my character and ship, and a few other things, however, ghosts, or stays in screen for a few frames too many, all the time. I've only had this issue with No Man's Sky, this is not an issue with anything else (both 2d and 3d). Help?
