41 hours and over 40 hyperspace jumps on Utopia save and still no capital freighter spawning. I want my resurgent destroyer with keel and spoiler!😭😭😭😂 what am I doing wrong?

I mostly play NMS on PS5. But bought it for my Nintendo Switch to play on a cruise. Loads of fun. In spite of the lower quality graphics.
But I haven’t yet jumped into. Capital freighter attack. What am I doing wrong??
