Integral to concentration?

This is probably a stupid question but here it is:
I'm working on a project in which I test the reaction in multiple concentrations of base to see whether the amount of product change. I use NMR to determine the amount of product because my PI said he wants a plot of concentration of base vs. the integral of the product but I would like to have a plot of concentration of base vs. the concentration of the product instead.
Long story short, can I determine the concentration of product using the integral values?
