DISCLAIMER: I'm actually from Northeast PA (literally two miles over the NJ border). Since I'm so close I wanted to pop in here too.

Happy Monday! I hope your week started off well. One of my favorite bands announced a new tour today so I'm pretty excited for that, and I got to enjoy some time outside since it was beautiful out. I'm off today...actually, all week, which was much needed after how hectic the last week has been. Since last Saturday I've had three separate trips and logged over 1,100 miles so I feel this has been deserved!

Anyway I come to Reddit this evening looking for my person. I know, I know, silly request. But...why not? I think I have a pretty good heart with lots of love to give, just waiting on the right person to share that with. I'd like to find a partner and best friend all in one. I'm a silly goose at heart so be prepared for whatever memes I find, and all the puns I come up with. If you like the sound of that, you should message.

Here's a little story from when I was kid that I still think about all the time, and I feel like it tells the kind of love I was raised with, and seek in a partner.

A little more about me: I work full time and have a cool job I enjoy! It's been rough at work since around April but things are looking up lately, and I'm trying to stay encouraged. I also have some fun hobbies and interests that keep me pretty occupied, but at the same time I'm pretty satisfied with a quiet night in. I think I'm a pretty good noodle too - I don't drink or smoke, and also not about that party life.

Fall is coming up and I'd really like to do all the fun fall stuff together. It's fair season, corn mazes are about to start up soon, let's even be silly and go trick or treating together for Halloween!

As an icebreaker in your message, tell me what three things you'd get from a convenience store before a road trip. Snacks bring us all closer together, right!? Let me know some about you too.
