I am just wondering how smooth paper ticket refund requests are going for everyone? Has any ticket agent given a hard time accepting old tickets or are they all actually doing their job correctly? I understand refunds will take longer to process if you dont have a receipt or CC info, but are they giving anyone a hard time for not having that info? Do they give you any kind of receipt or reference number for paper ticket refund requests? Just curious how the process is going since I am currently away on vacation and won't be submitting my old tickets til sometime next week.
