I’ve read a number of articles where people get jammed up at Newark Airport; most for just being stupid. We remain NJ residents and have a place in Florida as well. Since we are not legal residents of FL, we cannot buy handguns there even though the BATFE has publications stating that dual residences are possible. I want to take one of my NJ legal guns, in an approved case, in my checked bag to FL where I do have a nonresident carry permit and want to be 110% sure that I follow every rule to avoid any issue. Any tips you might have are greatly appreciated
