Post Body

So itโ€™s been about 65 days since i applied for my first FID/Pistol Permit and after reading some post and googling idk if i would get denied i got a traffic ticket in 2019 while riding my Motorcycle they gave me a ticket for eluding and lane changing went to court with lawyer got it dismissed and they gave me PTI ( PreTrail Intervention) in order to dismissed all the tickets when i looked online it said When you complete the PTI, the charges against you are dismissed, which means you will not have been convicted of a crime, and as such, there will be no conviction to expunge. Your arrest will remain as part of your police record and may show up on background checks, but you can request to have that arrest record sealed six months after you have completed your PTI. Obviously itโ€™s been way over 6 months lol should i called the lawyer i used or u think i will be okay to get approved for my FID ?
