Club customization freeze

Every time I go to try and change up some things in the club customization no matter what I change or what I change it to or the number of things I change, when I go to save the game will just give me the black screen like it’s trying to load the check home page but won’t progress no matter how long I leave it. Anybody else having this problem/ know how to fix? Thanks
