why is the challenger in nfs heat ?

I want to rant about the challenger they put in nfs heat. Just why... The entire vehicle sucks ass, over priced practically undrivable with any up grades, even after sinking 600 k into a shity motor the thing still gets gapped by 2.0L engines. The thing also has the turning radius of maybe 10 degrees when going 70 , I really want to know what is the point of it, sure some cars are slow but fun this one is slow but shity.
