Using NFC tag to turn off alarm

I am brand new to this and have never used NFC before, so I apologize if this come across as a dumb question.
I want to know how to write a tag that I can put in my bathroom and my alarm will not stop until it touches said tag. Is this possible and how do I write the tag? And I have an iPhone 13Pro if that helps. Thanks in advance
