NFC Contact Card

How would you setup a nfc that would allow users on iPhone/android to just tap the sticker and download a contact card?
I am using nfxwriter and i create a business card but on iPhone it doesn’t automatically open when tapped. The only way to read the sticker is to open nfx and read it.
Now if I write a url to the tag it works automatically without the need for an app.
Any suggestions?
