Sole of the boot says Meca??

So, I bought an 8in clothed Halloween (2018) Michael Myers, and the sole of his boot says "Meca 2019" not Neca. Do I have a bootleg? I bought this from Best Buy today, and if it's bootleg, I might try to return it. However I need a little guidance as I haven't been able to find anything about "Meca" being on the bottom of other figures. Is it a bootleg or just a typo? Any help would be appreciated.
