This may be triggering so please proceed caution, as well as please no negativity I know some dancers struggle with mental health and I would love tips to try that work for you, I’ve always had issues since I was a kid with shing and recently life has gotten really hard and I find myself fighting DEMONS not to relapse, it isn’t work related but I think the stress from work adds on. My main fears are them getting infected and most importantly people seeing them and I usually cope by smoking but getting high doesn’t do what it used to do for me anymore, just looking for tips incase someone is in a similar position, how do you cope? I stopped therapy because I have no time during the day I go to school 9-5 Monday to Friday and they don’t do weekends. This may be a lot but just trying my luck here. Thanks for listening
