This month one of my goals was to work 3 days per week— and I’ve failed.
Last week I worked one day, because I waxed.
I was supposed to work today but got caught up cleaning and taking care of my apartment. Now that im done, my entire body hurts because I’ve had fatigue and joint pain for the last few days. I want to go to work but im so tired that im skipping to avoid overexerting myself.
I started doing some meal prep to help this but I think I might need to take it a step further. I’m thinking about having my three shifts of the week days where I do minimal to no housework. This would mean I’d spend monday deep cleaning the house and Tuesday organizing everything.
One thing I’ve noticed is that I’ve been keeping up with my nails etc more. Which is great but I think I’m going to have to make that a Monday thing. Doing it the day before or day of is exhausting me.
Thoughts? Any other tips?
Also does anyone have tips on waking up on time? I’ve been sleeping through alarms because I have insomnia and then when I knock out, I struggled to get up
(Other than just “push through”. Pushing through exhaustion typically leads to me getting sick.)
Yeah I’d say I’m about the same ! I love love LOVE routine and schedule. I can eat the same things, watch the same shows, and do the same stuff over and over once I get into it. I guess I’m just gonna have to update my schedule and do my best.
I think reducing housework toward the end of the week is going to help me a whole lot
Thank you!!! I do some of these things, like nutrition wise I’ve been working on that but I’ll add some of this to my regimens

I love being organized ! I have a binder I call my life binder I’ve been trying to use, it’s just been a bit of a process. Learning to accommodate and prepare for certain stuff has been a bit hard
