‘Out’ folder not showing in gm9i

So as the title states, the ‘out’ folder is not showing in my dsi nor my computer. I have followed every step from blaine locklair but it just doesn’t work for me. I also don’t have the ‘NDS GAMECARD (x)’ option (x for game being inserted)
Im completely new to the whole modding scene and I really hope someone can help me here:)
