I wish I could safely have a life review

By all accounts, the life review is the most no-bullshit see-it-how-it-is experience a person can have. I would like to have this. I know it would be very difficult, but I think it would be good for me.
The problem is, I don’t want to risk death. I know that something like a life review can happen through the use of iboga, but that is also medically risky.
Is there any means to have this experience without risking death?
