Did having a life review help you forgive yourself and others?

Post Body

Hello all! This question is directed at NDErs. Curious to hear what your experience has been like!!!

From what I've gathered, the chain of cause and effect becomes transparent during a life review and you're able to see and feel things from all perspectives. Having experienced it, do you feel you could truly forgive others and yourself? Like, the understanding is so deep that all blame, regret and resentment evaporated?

I define forgiveness not as a decision, but a state free of negativity and full of understanding and acceptance. And sometimes, it's easier to forgive others than to forgive yourself.

Thank you!
