I’ve gotten to practice with a number of women now and all have really enjoyed their sessions. As a scientist by day, I have a good understanding of anatomy and wanted to develop a unique light-touch massage style that works to promote relaxation by stimulating nerve dense areas that stem from the lower back and extend into the glutes, back legs, and inner and back thighs. I built the restraints above to be able to lift and move arms and legs and massage large muscles groups in long strides. The massage starts in the upper back, then moves into the lower back to activate the root of these nerve pathways, and eventually the full body is incorporated. Massage of these nerve dense areas causes a powerful and therapeutic release of dopamine and serotonin. :) These are areas that are generally not touched during regular massage sessions elsewhere for obvious reasons, but incorporating them into a massage really enhances the therapeutic potential of the massage.
