Lease is $632 a month and runs from August 1st to July 31st. The wolf line stops right by the apartment. There are actually two rooms available as both myself and another roommate are moving out after finishing up school so if you want to move in with someone else too let me know. There is one roommate who lives in the unit now and is a student at wake tech. He is a good cook and has a pet snake if anyone doesn’t like snakes. Feel free to message me with any questions or if you want to take over the lease.
