Liam Lynch was born in 2021 to Abigail and Daniel Lynch. His parents were corporate managers who oversaw a section of research and development for a weapons development company. Eventually due to a close family friends betrayal, Liams parents were killed and he escaped to a combat zone in the countryside outside of night city. This is where he would spend his life until he became 21. He left for night city after a ganger group tried to recruit him against his will. Now he's going around doing odd jobs as a handyman and performing vigilantism on the side.
