Took NCLEX RN yesterday. Got the good pop up. Still nervous!

Hello all!!! I took the NCLEX yesterday and stopped at 85. I had so much NGN like at least 20 ngn case studies. I did the pop up yesterday and got the good pop up. What are the chances that its accurate and I passed? Has anyone gotten the good pop up and still failed?
