Whats the best team to build into a National Powerhouse?

I want to do a dynasty where i take a 3 star or lower team and turn them into a powerhouse but Im having trouble finding the right combination of location, a cool stadium, and cool jerseys. Any suggestions?
Edit: After doing some research by looking at a ton of stadiums and uniforms, I decided North Texas is a perfect team to use!
