Post Body

Iā€™ve been building Oklahoma State over the past 4 seasons, winning 4 straight Big XII titles along with advancing 1 game further in the playoff every year eventually winning it all this last season. Since I got there, my players have struggled to make it to the draft no matter how many points I put up or hold teams to.

Granted, I encouraged a lot of upper classmen to transfer years 1 & 2 as Iā€™ve brought in better recruits. They are leveling up fairly regularly, Iā€™ve bagged a lot of guys with impact to elite dev traits. The issue is Iā€™m only having 1-3 players drafted per year. Part of the problem is I donā€™t have a ton of high level SRs, the other is they arenā€™t really getting past the 87-90 overall range. The upperclassmen that are good, such as my 91 OVR MLB who racked up good TFLs and turnovers over the season, didnā€™t even get drafted. I went 16-0 last season and my only player to get drafted was my Heisman JR running back.

The year after I won the natty, I lost 10 players to the transfer portal due to ā€œpro potentialā€ and the result was my team grade going from A to D- in one off season. My coach (recruiter with motivator and tactician) is at a level 39 with the first tier of recruiter maxed and the first tier of tactician nearly maxed. How do I get more players drafted? This year I have a lot of playing JRs and SRs.
