Has anybody else noticed that changing the uniforms a CPU team wears can have a big effect on their in game performance? In my experience, if you switch a CPU team uniform to be an alternate or option version, they play better?
It might have something to do with game scripting that changes each time you load up a game or come out of the half, but I've tested it out a few times and for me alternate uniform CPU teams generally seem to vastly outperform CPU teams in their regular unis. This may sound insane but I swear to you I have noticed a stark difference loading up the same games many times. Played a match up with Ole miss in their alternates, and they swiftly began murdering me. Once I switched the unis to regular away, suddenly I could move the ball. Same with App state and same with Clemson so far. I quit out of all these games I test as I'm not playing to progress right now, I'm just basically QA testing for EA since they don't do it themselves and I'm curious
I'll be doing more tests with this, but unless the CPU is coded to play like shit sometimes and coded to play like beasts at other times unrelated to overall (this is EA were talking about here so I highly doubt that) it appears it could have an effect? Has anybody else noticed a difference in CPU play by making small changes in their dynasty?
