Custom Conferences?

I'm sure there will be some level of conference customization, as this was a feature in previous NCAA games. Would be really curious about the following:
- Will there be a cap to the number of teams you can put into a conference? I believe the previous games capped conference expansion to 16 teams, but we're already past that with a few conferences (looking at you, increasingly misnamed Big Ten).
- Will we be able to create new conferences, or dissolve existing ones? Imagine being able to recreate the SWC, promote the Ivy League or SWAC, or create an All-Texas conference.
