Before I even start with the message of this post I've played as every guard build and most wing builds and I've excelled at them. With that being said shot contest is way too strong. You shouldn't be able to affect my jumper if you are late to contest while being 3 to 5 ft away from me especially if I get my release perfect. Before you would have to play lockdown defense and be a clamp god to get a stop which is how it should be but since this update I've contested threes from the free throw line. This change is honestly making the game cause now I have to be a dribble god and break you off two or three times just to be able to dunk when I'm a shooter. I mean I still have games where I can shoot 70, 80, and even 100% and carry but the contest is arguably worse than what it was. And if anyone thinks I'm trash I guarantee I can drop each and every person in this subreddit off so don't @ me.
