I know it's been a tough season for our team, currently sitting at 4th worst in the league. But before you hit the panic button, hear me out on why this might actually be a good thing for the franchise.
First of all, being a lower seed in the playoffs gives us a better chance at getting a high draft pick. With a strong draft class coming up, this could be a great opportunity to bring in some fresh talent and build for the future.
Additionally, this season has also given some of our younger players a chance to step up and develop their skills. Seeing players like Devin Vassell and Tre Jones getting significant playing time will only benefit the team in the long run.
And let's not forget, the Spurs have a history of bouncing back from adversity. With a strong coaching staff and front office, I have faith that they will make the necessary changes to get us back on track.
So while it may be disappointing to see the team struggle right now, let's not lose sight of the bigger picture. This could be the opportunity we need to set ourselves up for a brighter future.
