Ik most of y’all don’t play pro am and hate the squads you constantly run into in solo rec but it’s not the players fault it’s a 2K problem.
There’s absolutely no reason to play pro am so all squads just go to rec bc all the other squads go to rec. I run with a squad and I hate it. There’s no one to play against in pro am. And the rewards aren’t any different in pro am so it makes no sense to play it.
I’d love to play in there like last year but I’m not waiting 30 minutes with 5 people to start one game.
Instead of asking 2K players to not play the most effective way like zones and 5 out, why don’t you ask 2K to reward players who seek comp in pro am. That way there would be more matches to queue into and people would actually like pro am.
On top of the lack of rewards from pro am, 2 out of 4 legend quests involve winning and scoring in rec. 2k made it hard for solo players to have fun and not have to sweat in rec. it’s not the players fault, they’re going where it’s easy to get a match, and the only place to complete the quests
Bro I love close games I played pro am a ton last year because it was actually a viable option. This year it just isn’t and it’s 2ks fault. There’s no incentive for pro am and there’s tons of incentive to play rec. if pro am offered more xp or faster quest completion for legend I bet the most try hard teams would be in there and not rec. but as of right now solo players gotta suffer and blame da squads who are just doing the reasonable thing.
And how would sweats play in a low win % rec that doesn’t make sense. If they made that it would help balance shit
Id love to have quality competition but the 30 minute wait kinda takes that spirit right out of ya 🤣
And from my personal experience the 2 pro am games I actually got into the comp was way worse. So it really don’t make sense this year

Well that could work too. Whatever 2K could do to help out the solo less competitive players to separate them from comp squads. Tired of seeing posts of people dogging rec squads when there legit no other place to go 😂
