Lmao I can guard bigs tho and not give up the board. Makes this build extremely versatile on D
And it’s fun to get insane jump animations for boards my dude flys in the air for rebounds
That’s how it should be. Teams like this will beat a “meta” build team every time. That’s close to what we run on my team and those 6’9 builds end up having horrible games bc everything they’re good at we have a build that’s better at it
Ik lmao idk why I try to explain to people who prolly got a 25w%. This build does have minor flaws but it was my day 1 build and still my favorite to run with.
I run big in park, and sometimes rec if I’m feeling goofy so I need the 99 rebounds being 6’7. It fits my play style. Helps a looot when a team runs p&r too I can drop on the big if needed
But when I guard on ball he’ll yeah the 99 rebound is overkill 🤣
I play next gen too it’s all the same shit lmao. This build is made for park, he brought up 3-2 zone like it’s a problem or something for this build.
Y’all dog builds bc it ain’t meta and y’all dog builds that are meta.
Just bc y’all can’t run w a build don’t mean it’s trash. I run shit on this build and I hardly have to dribble to be the main reason for dubs.
Imagine
I love shooting and spacing so that wouldn’t be for me but if that’s your style go for it
We usually have a shooting center too so zones don’t mean much to us. A good 3-2 zone hurts our 5 out a little but that 93 dunk if I cut and the corner big tries to meet me at the rim he usually ends up on the floor lmao
U avoid questions more then I avoid spending time with my family 🤣
Yeah it’s easier then park if you have decent bball iq. But this build really shines in park. Me and my homie both ran this build on 2s and went on a dumb like 20 game win streak before we even had them upgraded. No one could score on god lmao, we would just switch on everything and they never had an inch of space
But I ain’t bragging on my rec w% he brought it up like this build would get graded out 🤣
Where should I go to play 5v5 then? The 2 games I have in pro am took 15 minutes to find a match and they quit before half time 🤣 rec is where all the comp is and y’all wouldn’t know bc y’all ain’t comp and talking about how a goated build is trash
Lmao bet my 2K card look better then y’all’s tho 👀
Lmao bet guess my 93w% in rec on this build don’t mean nothing.
There’s levels to this shit. I’m the one grading people out left and right when I guard them. Y’all complain about 6’9s on reddit, i grade them out or have them picking up the dribble throwing horrible passes before they hit half court. They can’t rim run on me and my big don’t need to drop down. Y’all might not get it but this build is meant to do 2 things and it’s damn good at it
Hell nah. I need the rebounding I can guard any big and I’ll get the rebound it helps a ton expecially in rec when my big is having to fight off 2 people for the boards. More passing would be nice but I hardly ever turn the ball over I’m only averaging like 1 TO a game in rec and hardly any in park
I already made this build day 1. And I love hof rebound chaser it helps in rec when the other team is crashing boards and my big man is having trouble. I do regret going 70 block silver anchor would be nice but ayy I had to do what I had to do to get the name hybrid defender lmfaoo.
I kept offensive rb as low as possible bc I’m a deadly shooter on 2K so I usually sit deep hash and primarily shoot only time I’m driving in is when I’m dunking
I play switch defense in park and hardly ever come across a center I can’t guard since people run smaller bigs
All the weird attributes like 73 layup is just extra points I had for more badges
Gold posterizer bro. Fuck them im dunking 🤣
Edit: I’m on current with this build I don’t need the vert for elite contacts
Those stats look solid but I think you can get the same stats and be like 6’7 don’t hold me to it
And ya opinion has what to do with the post is where I’m getting at bub. I like current better. Less side quest bs for the shit I need and less glitches that waste my money
It’s literally the same shit current just has less bugs and a different badge system 🤣
Why you on this post we talking about build and you legit have nothing important to say. I’d 21-0 you in any 2k
And? My boy. I tried playing next. It was ass and I got a whole damn build to 89 and couldn’t progress him bc of a glitch. Support told me there’s nothing they could do. So I went back to current. It’s less bs and more straight basketball.
Wtf I need vert for lmao. I’m on current with this build I don’t need it for dunks and HOF rebound chaser is just fine for when I’m holding down against a big
Bet I will when I get off lmao. Just curious why y’all think this build is bad for rec? It ain’t like I need crazy pass acc I don’t throw out dimes like that I score when I have the ball. If I get into a tight spot I reset to the pg
I’m 93w% in rec w this build averaging 19 points lmao. This build dominates in rec with a good pg to play with
This my main build bro 99 rebound gives me tons of options on defense I can literally guard anyone and I run big sometimes in park as the primary rebounder. I legit guard 1-5 no problem lmao
And my pass accuracy hasn’t held me back at all. I’m not dotting people in rec I’m scoring and locking people up. If I catch the board I can make outlet passes easy. I’ve ran pg most 2ks my passes don’t get snagged much. I put it to the minimum I needed to do my thing

Speed matters on defense. On my build I regret raising acceleration
