Is it possible for me to reach lvl 40 this season?

Now I am lvl 31 and it’s also my first time to reach over lvl 30. I thought I should be easy to reach lvl 40 since before lvl 31, I got 10~20% of exp required to reach next level every rec win, but after I reached lvl 31, I found the amount of exp I can gain after each rec win becomes like only 3 or 6% without event boost. Now we have 2 weeks left, so is it possible for me to reach lvl 40? If possible, how?
