How do you run with randoms in rec but still got 60% win rate?

A question I really want to ask.
Randoms here means people you play with who just join the game without being in the same squad.
Based on my experience, I play with guards that only want to score every 3 to 4 game, and usually we lose. Plus, from time to time, it’s randoms vs a squad, which is unfair and usually results in a L.
But some people are saying they get 60% up win rate playing with randoms. How’s it possible?
