Like the title says my buddy has a 91 center and he has been unable to get anything but Fans and Team chemistry since like saturday. He has not experienced any connection issues mid game, has tried simming to end of season/playoffs two different times, tried all kinds of methods and nothing works. He has emailed support two different times and both times they basically said tough shit. What can he do to fix this? His other characters are fine, it is literally only this one and he has spent money to reach level 91 and the character is useless.

Edit- This is after playing games to completion, he has done 5 or 6 since it has stopped giving stuff to see if whatever fix he tries works.
