How do I dunk in transition consistently.

Can someone help me? I have an 88 OVR interior finisher who is still taking trash layups or midranges instead of dunking on defenders in transition. My driving dunk is 88 and and I have contact dunk on HOF and I have the contact dunk packages for PFs. Is it that I need to equip a specific dunks to dunk more often or am I doing something wrong?

I was playing with Ben Simmons in my league the other day (though I know it’s tough to build a player like Simmons) he was dunking everything on everyone and that’s what I wanted from my created player.

What could I be doing wrong?
