Just had they worst game in the Rec, I’m by no means brilliant and happy to play or team with whoever.

But this was something else, 3 outta 4 of my team mates had green afros and orange beards so I knew I was in for a rough game already.

Intro is called and I’m on a overall 74 team I’m a 92 (mycareer based mostly) vs. 95 overall team. Fucked.

Game starts off we lose the tip we’re under the kosh, notice two of my teammates are in the opposing half, standing either side of the their basket. This would be a reoccurring theme, every break they had was 5 on 3 as two guys didn’t defend, at all.

Not one contest, block, steal or rebound.

When we got the chance to attack it was all impossible 3 pointers, fully contested jumpers from no mans land and zero passes all day long.

I shit you not one guy shot at least half a dozen shots from our half.

The dude I was guarding man, I could feel his empathy through the screen, he could tell there was many points that I’m just sat waiting for the onslaught.

Trying to box out, steal and block before rebounding (not many rebounds when all shots are buckets)

No surprise we got beat, that’s fine I’m not precious about online record keeping or anything (really just wanna chest tattoo for my dude) but I like to enjoy the game and work as a team, this was not fun.
