Mycareer Badges for a shooter

Been playing 2k20 for idk 3 months now and i haven't touched my career... but due to quarantine boredness and myteam being a pay2win mode. I decided to play mycareer, im just wondering is it better to immediately hall of fame a badge or just get most of your badges to bronze then upgrade them?
