Would it be a terrible idea to have separate testing for the park and the nba?

I just like to play in the nba more than park and I understand why you cant have a 85 driving dunk and like a 75 3 pointer for the park. But for the nba I would love to have a player that has like a 90 driving dunk and like a 75 3 pointer? I was just wondering if anybody else was like this

There’s a two way slashing playmaker build that is similar to this, probably would be best at pg or sg but could hypothetically work at sf too. You can look up tons of tutorials online
