Are there any racing games where you play as the owner/manager? Obviously it wouldn't be by NASCAR, but I've been dying for a mix of NASCAR Thunder 03, where you build engines and stuff. Also, I believe NASCAR 06, where you could just own a team and hire one of the cpu drivers, while you race in the cup series.

I have a wrestling game that lets me play as owner/booker, doing all of the backstage things, and I believe there are baseball and football games like this. Would love an auto racing game like this, with a NASCAR mod/patch on it.
