Question about the upper level seats at Talladega...

My brother, mom, and my self are all going to go to the Talladega race in the fall. I want to get tickets in the upper lever, but my brother had issues when we had seats up high in turns 1 and 2 at Dover due to the stands being steep. I was curious, with not necessarily how high the seats are, but how steep the seats can be at Dega?
Bonus question: Any idea about when the fall race tickets go on sale?
