Does anyone else experience contact roadblocks with the MyNait portal? It’s painful and frustrating it never just works or provides the information. It’s always a puzzle on my phone from my email to website and external self service and for some reason I can’t open up the eLetters on my iPhone! Am I the only one or am I missing some kind of trick? Not to mention the Student Learning Centre is constantly backed up with full call queues and live chats at capacity I sent an email over a week ago about documentation submission and I still haven’t heard back (checked junk, spam, deleted etc..) I think this has been the most stressful part is it makes it difficult to gather the slightest most bland information.
