Does Russia even have working nukes?

Post Body

Seriously? They've been invaded, what more do they need to use them? I think Ukraine has some intel that Russia's nukes are fucked. Maintaining nukes is very expensive, and Russia's military is enormous, but has a shoestring budget. They have enormous reserves of tanks, bombs, ships, etc to maintain for $3.50 per year. Are any of their nukes in working order. If not, NATO should just walk into Moscow.

Comments

Not claiming to be a military expert, but there seem to be many indications they do not. For instance, when the order to increase the readiness of nuclear forces was issued, western intel saw literally no change or increase in activity on nuclear sites. Almost as if they know thereโ€™s absolutely nothing to do.
