Owen Hart taunt in Wrestlemania 2000

Thanks to the efforts of the VPW2 Freem community, we know that Owen Hart is named in the code of Wrestlemania 2000, listed in a series of taunt name strings along with other removed wrestlers, namely Goldust.

However, while Goldust's taunts are easily found in the game, I can't tell whether Owen's unique taunt is still in the game.

Does anybody know if the taunt was removed, and if not, what taunt number is associated with this name string in the code? The numbers in the screenshot don't correlate to anything in the actual edit mode.
