Mystery Ranch In&Out 22 (Waist Strap Solution?)

I bought Mystery Ranch In & Out 22L, I am using it for everyday and quick hike.
I would like to try it for a bit of trail-running, but it is so bouncy that it is not recommended.
What is your fix or what waist belt should I check on?
It would be nice if I can add it for extra stability somewhere here below.
