Debating between Samus Returns and Super PMD, I already own both, but I'm curious as to what the people in both subreddits think

Disclaimer, I've already started on Samus Returns, not liking the room transitions, or the re-use of Metroid Prime sfx, (both feel a bit jarring) but I do like the beam swapping mechanic... Ik it might not fit a side scroller, but I think it's a neat concept for one...
