A few questions about tracking my foods
Post Body

  1. For frozen foods (like sweet potato fries) - In the nutritional facts, it says 1 serving is 85g. Do I measure frozen or after I bake?
  2. For rice - it often says 1 cup, 237 ml, 8 fluid ounce as one serving. But measuring it on a scale gives me different results. like if I take a measuring cup and measure out 1 cup, I get like 90-100 grams. How should I really be measuring this?
  3. For bread - Should I go by slices or weight? It'll say 2 slices (xx grams) but not all slices were made equal.

I think these may be two of big reasons I'm not seeing the results I want. I may be over-eating my carbs

Cheers everyone!
