So on Friday I had my cheat meals.
Started out the day with my usual 2 Nature Valley bars and an apple. For Lunch I had a 12" Teriyaki chicken sub from Penn Station with fries and pomegranate Lifewater of white I was surprised was actually zero calories. The sub was also surprisingly low calorie for what it was and my extra teriyaki sauce.
So so far so good right? Then I was going Door Dashing and was late into peask hours so I went to Arby's for some of that old fast food action. I didn't want to eat anything bad though, but I forced myself to experiment and see how my calories would be affected.
So I got a Beef gyro, loaded cheese fries and a large Fruit Punch Hi-C. The beef gyro, not do bad even on the calories. Large Hi-C. Didn't care for it but I'm experimenting from how I used to eat. Then the cheese fries. The initial bite was cool, but by the 3rd I just felt disgusted. Like why am I eating like this? How did I ever think this was good? I never wanted something more healthy in my life.
Any how, my 1st week went well. Went from 317 earlier this week to 311 as of this morning.
I guess the moral of the story is... a lot of shit we eat don't even taste good. Lol
