I'm 5'11, 320lbs, I am an Electrician Apprentice, so obviously I get the more physical work, but over all it is a physical job but not super physical, I won't break a sweat every day. Most days is more fine motor skills and standing on a ladder for 5 to 10 minutes straight. So I chose "Active," but their recommended calorie goal is 3400? I'm not even working out yet. I'm just trying to change my habits first. I'm not even trying to healthy perse. But 3400 calories? I've been trying stay barely above 2000 calories and I feel fine so far. But the app always ends up telling me that I won't eat enough calories for goal. I'm definitely not trying to under eat or starve myself, but 3400 sounds like it will help me gain weight. Should I lower it?
