I tried the uncle bens tech and it was looking real good only had 1 bag going when i did the brake and shake though it got contam i assume something near the air exchange since i used the same mss on the grain jars i prepared for this and they were fine. Really rizo mycelium it took over a ketchup plate agar dish in about a week. Super happy with my start so far only question is what is up with the discolored bit ? Substrate is just pasturized coco
