How do i get my players out of the paint

Every freelance i use. Comp 5out flow has my players camping on the blocks. Its bullshit as ive lost 5 in a row shooting 30% better than my opponents. But i end up getting 30 or so 24 seconds violations because i drive into a wall of players everytime
