temperature issues
Post Body

so, everything is okay, I have the racing radiator installed and filled up, everything's tightened, I checked the water pump and it's okay, but what happens is when I start the car, the temp and water pressure gauges are stuck at 0. but after a while, they suddenly jump up to the actual temp.

however, the entire time the AFR gauge is reading wayyy too lean, but as soon as the temp gauges kick in, it jumps to the correct value.

the other thing is that, I was driving down the highway, and the temp gauges were stuck at 0. but then, all the sudden, the temp jumps up to the maximum, coolant sprayed out of the radiator, and the engine catches on fire. however, the entire time before then, it was running perfectly fine, AFR was lean as it usually is when it's stuck, the engine had its normal power for the AFR, etc

anybody know what would be going wrong? it seems to only happen when I use a trailer mod, idqr the specific name but it was a trailer mod for the satsuma.

oh and one other question, after this all happening, is it safe to refill the oil (because the fire burnt the oil I think) and the coolant and go? or should I do a full engine rebuild? I couldn't find anything wrong using the patented Finnish Headbuttâ„¢, and everything seems in okay condition according to the part inspector mod.
